Better not let Scott see this list until after our house sells. ;o)

• Remove the crazy tall hedges and probably all of the landscaping around the front.

• Remove that crazy metal archway. Possible replace with a white picket one with wisteria growing on it.
• Add picket fence to the front of the house.
• Hire landscape designer to come up with new landscaping for the front. Low maintenance landscaping.
• Repaint the house and roof. Add more contrast to give the house dimension and make some of the details pop.
• Front porch furniture!
• Back porch furniture.
• Redesign front porch steps.
• Extend walkway to street.
