Way too much caffeine.

A drive-thru Starbucks in my hometown was not a good idea! Good thing we are moving. :o)

And since I can't sleep I thought this might be a good time to start a new blog about this house hunting journey we are on. I am super excited tonight about a house. I can't wait to go see the house. Too bad I am not going back to South Georgia anytime soon. :o(

So my plan for this blog is to list houses that have piqued my interest. I can't help it. Every time I get excited about a house I start making all sorts of plans for it. Like all of the things I want to change about the house. All of the things I am going to be able to do because I live in that house or that neighborhood. I am keeping up with all of these things mentally right now, but I look at so many houses that I start getting confused.


And I want to remember this journey. This isn't our first home purchase, but this is the first time we are doing it the traditional way. Last time our house just fell into our lap. We looked at it once. I was 20 years old and I think it could have been a shack and I would have loved it. But the fact that it was a 3.5 story house on 3.5 acres in the country sold me without ever seeing it.
